This beautiful little number is part of Milly’s Fall 2008 collection.  This dress is just so chic! The sheer organza features an allover scalloped dot pattern. A neutrally toned underlayer provides slightly contrasting opaque coverage–and it gives you a hint of sex appeal without trying too hard.  I think that is what I like so much at the Milly Fall 2008 Collection, each piece is about getting dressed up, but it is also so effortlessly chic.
