I love designer Carolina Herrera because her designs are always sleek, chic and glamorous with a hint of couture. This beautiful strapless full skirt dress from Carolina Herrera has a sweetheart bodice and back zip closure. I love the ribbon detail at the waist with the front bow. Because this dress is foiled about the waist, this bustier-style frock recalls a night sky of starry wonder. I would wear this lovely dress to a summertime cocktail party. I probably wouldn’t wear the black opaque tights, as seen in the photo on the model, but to each, their own.
