Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells

Hopefully you haven’t already abandoned that New Year’s resolution to get healthy. Perhaps you have the desire, but haven’t gotten started yet. Honestly, that’s our situation. We want to do it, but we haven’t gotten there yet. We do have every intention to exercise more and we are pretty excited about this purchase. We bought the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells ($299 for the pair). Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 52.5 pounds and adjusts in 2.5-pound increments up to the first 25 pounds. We love these dumbbells because they are easy to adjust and they save space! Instead of buying an array of different weights for different exercises and resistance, these adjustable dumbbells have us covered!
